for his excellent service. I feel so bad that I can't
remember his name. We were fortunate enough to have
him for our transport from Stansted to our ship in
Dover and again on our return from London to Stansted.

He got us where we needed to go safely and on time and
was just so friendly. What a wonderful smile.

Hi again Sal,

Just wanted to say thank you so much for picking up my parents. They
were worried that they wouldn't see you as their flight arrived an hour
early but on coming through, there you were! Brilliant.

It really was a load off my mind that you could pick them up as now that
they are getting older, they don't seem to be as self-sufficient as they
used to be.

I should also tell you that I have recommended you to quite a few of my
